LCCFM has a stringent recruitment and selection policy. In recruiting prospective employees every reasonable enquiry is made regarding personal details, status and entitlement to work in the UK. References are sought for all full and part time staff.


Staff are vetted for higher risk locations, in compliance with the requirements of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the Data Protection Act 1998, with particular regard to honesty and integrity. Security screening is carried out for a minimum period of 5 years and completed not later than 12 weeks after the employment has commenced.
All new staff members are carefully inducted and prospective training requirements documented. We find that staff are amenable to motivational factors, monitoring and measurement and our on-site Supervisory & Support Management installs the quality ethos at all times. All performances are measured.
Good performance is acknowledged with certificates and bonuses. Under-performances can usually be corrected by one-to-one training.
